Scope of Work

We will strictly deliver the items selected in your package. Any additional features (e.g., extra website pages, graphic design) will attract a separate fee.

Client Responsibility

The Client must provide necessary information (photos, correct address, phone access for verification codes) within 48 hours of request. Delays by the client will delay the completion date.

Verification Timeline

Google Verification can take between 3 to 14 days depending on Google's system. This is outside NL Digital Assets' control, but we will manage the process entirely.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance (50%) is due immediately upon Verification of the Profile, Launch of the Website or Mobile Application. Work will not be handed over until full payment is made.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work (setup/design) has commenced.
